COVID-19 cases appear to have stabilized or decreasing in most parts of British Columbia, but more than 450,000 people who have chosen not to be vaccinated remain at much greater risk of illness and death.
Vancouver and Fraser Valley may be the COVID-19 hotspots in B.C., but the virus is now spreading through the north with relative speed, through similar pathways, and straining the healthcare system, said a Northern Health official.
