Quadra Island’s groundwater appears to be disappearing.

Beach clean-up in Southern Discovery Islands

A massive beach clean-up is underway in the intertidal zones of the Southern Discovery Islands.

The provincial wildfire service does not fight structure or residence fires, but rather forest fires.
